Refund Policy

At Elemental Guard, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If you purchase online, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return).

Please note: Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We may refuse a refund if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered beyond reasonable inspection.
  • The item was personalised or custom-made (unless faulty).
  • The return does not meet the conditions outlined above.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
